Selected candidates will undergo a safety performance history investigation as required by 49 CFR 391.23. This investigation may involve reviewing the information you provide in this application and questionnaire, and contacting your previous employers. If a safety performance investigation is conducted, you have the following rights regarding the information that will be provided:
Access: You have the right to review information provided by previous employers.
Correction: If you believe that any information collected about you is inaccurate, you have the right to request that it be corrected.
Rebuttal Statement: If you and your previous employer cannot agree on the accuracy of the information, you have the right to have a rebuttal statement attached to the alleged erroneous information.
