PAY RANGE: $50.06 - $66.75 hourly ($104,124.80 - $138,840 estimated annual)
The City of Belmont is currently recruiting for a Building Inspector I/II (level appointed will depend on qualifications) in the Community Development Department - Permit Center. We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual who will receive direction from the Cheif Building Official.

- Position Summary
Under supervision, performs inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, removal, replacement and testing necessary to maintain all District vehicles, including record keeping and written verification of work accomplished as directed.
