Human Resources is currently seeking to fill a Workforce Development Analyst (Analyst I/II) vacancy in the Strategic Support Division. This position will report directly to the Assistant Director of Human Resources, and its responsibilities would include, but would not be limited to, the following:
1. Develop the City’s Employee Pipeline Program
a. Coordinating internship and fellowship events
b. Coordinating job shadowing events
2. Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders to Streamline Processes
The salary range for Senior Analyst is $85,529.60 - $104,208.00 annually with the actual salary determined by the final candidate’s qualifications and experience. In addition to the starting salary, employees in the Senior Analyst classification shall also receive an approximate five percent (5%) ongoing non-pensionable compensation pay.
