The position of Administrative Analyst is a fully qualified journey-level professional classification. Administrative Analyst is distinguished from Management Analyst in that the Management Analyst has a higher level of managerial, budgetary and program administration responsibility. THE POSITION

• Outside/Inside plant construction and project management experience and inventory management experience.
• Familiarity with data center industry standards, building codes, and safety standards.
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of fiber optic engineering principles with OSP job-related functional areas to include general best practices, procedures, and industry standards.

Serves as the technical lead on the design and implementation of Valley Water’s most complex and highly integrated Cyber Security systems involving new, unfamiliar, or emerging technologies; to perform the most complex professional level duties in the development, installation, coding, integration, documentation, testing, and maintenance of Cyber Security controls and systems; and to perform a variety of tasks relative to assigned areas of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Cyber Security: monitor and maintain security on infrastructure systems including IT security applications and appliances.
