This classification performs a variety of highly complex professional work in current planning, housing, advance planning, and environmental planning including research and analysis, report writing, plan review; permit coordination, managing complex projects, data collection and analysis, information dissemination; assists with management of consultant contracts and work programs as assigned and performs field inspection.

To perform a variety of tasks in the maintenance of City-owned buildings, equipment and facilities. The purpose of this recruitment is to fill a current temporary/part-time vacancy in our Community Services Department and to create a list for future vacancies.
Candidates who do not currently meet the minimum qualifications for the Facilities Maintenance Worker I position may be considered for an Intern position instead.
