The Custodian position at the Glenn County General Services Department performs a variety of custodial / janitorial duties throughout the County of Glenn. These may include but are not limited to: sweeping, mopping, buffing and polishing floors; vacuuming and shampooing carpets; spot cleaning carpets; cleaning and sanitizing restrooms; cleaning / sweeping exterior walkways, removing trash and debris. Receives immediate supervision from the Lead Custodian or other higher-level supervisory and management staff. This position is scheduled to work Monday - Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The interns would work on projects, such as assisting with the water conservation programs and reporting, implementation of Millbrae’s 2020 Climate Action Plan measures (i.e. e-bike sharing programs and Safe Routes to School projects), and community engagement support.
