This position serves as the first point of contact for City visitors, helping to direct community members to appropriate departments.
The West Contra Costa Transportation Commission (WCCTC), formerly known as the West Contra Costa Transportation Advisory Committee (WCCTAC), is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant. The position is a “hybrid” one in that it can involve a combination of in-office and remote work.
A Dance Instructor (Program Specialist) will plan, prepare and instruct recreation activities. Activities may include art, cooking, dance, pre-school program and other program areas. Programs are designed for children ages 4-17 (primarily 5-12) years of age.
Dance programs may include ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, ballroom, folkloric, salsa, and rhythmic international styles.

The Department

The Aging and Family Services Division (AFS) of HSD specifically supports older residents and their caregivers to live active, healthy lives in the Tri-City community.
The Position
Under general supervision of the Program Coordinator, staff is responsible for planning and implementing daily age-appropriate activities including crafts, games, songs, drama, storytelling, and supervised play.
