All applicants must be on the FCTC list at the time of application to be eligible for selection.
Please submit all required licenses and certifications, including driver's license and diploma, by uploading, at the time of application. Failure to do so will result in non-consideration.
If possible, please combine certifications and upload as one complete document. If not, individual documents are acceptable.
