1. Cal-JAC CPAT Card issued within the last 12 months from date of application
2. A valid California EMT-B (minimum)
3. A valid CPR certificate
4. ICS 100/200 Certificate
5. NIMS 700/800 Certificate
6. Firefighter 1 & 2 Certificate
7. Driver/Operator 1A & 1B Certificate OR completion of the CalFire Approved Company Officer Academy
8. A valid California Driver's License satisfactory driving record. (Attach DMV Printout obtained from an official California DMV Office - www.DMV.ca.gov). The online Driver Record is not an official document, but the City will accept either this or an official copy. The City will also accept an out of state/country DMV record. However, you will need to obtain a California State Driver’s License within 30 days of appointment.
Candidates who do not submit document(s) WILL NOT be invited to continue in the selection process.
All required documents must be attached at the time application is submitted.
