Phelan Pinon Hills Community Services District

The Phelan Pinon Hills Community Services District is located in the desert foothills of the eastern San Gabriel Mountains in unincorporated San Bernardino County. The District was established through an election on February 5, 2008 and is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the community they serve. The primary service component of the District is providing water service to approximately 7,200 customers however, parks & recreation, street lighting, and solid waste are also service components of the District.
