Description
The Information Technology Analyst is responsible for performing a variety of duties in support of information technology operations including researching, configuring, installing, operating, monitoring, repairing, and maintaining hardware and software for computer workstations, mobile computers, mobile phones, telephone systems, and other related equipment and programs. Duties include:
Maintaining and updating integrated systems; designing and implementing enhancements and revised functions developing various integrated solutions for database functions; documenting system changes.
Installing, configuring, upgrading, troubleshooting, and repairing personal computers, laptops, mobile computers, computer components, software, and peripheral devices; maintaining, installing, and upgrading file servers and other network hardware.
Providing information system user support; responding to questions and inquiries on various hardware and software issues; investigating user problems; identifying source of problem; determining possible solutions and implementing and testing solutions.
Testing, diagnosing, and repairing computer systems and peripheral equipment including printers, modems, and network devices; troubleshooting equipment to ensure functional operation.
Evaluating new hardware, software and related equipment to identify modifications and enhancements for assigned systems.
Assuring functionality, compatibility and stability of assigned systems; monitoring resources, updating and upgrading the software and operating system, and resolving downtime and connectivity issues.
Maintaining and updating internet site; creating web pages and developing basic intranet and internet upgrades and solutions; analyzing website use and recommends solutions.
Installing configuring and troubleshooting hardware and software applications and equipment.
Assisting in the maintenance of telephone systems; completing moves, adds, and changes; diagnosing and resolving phone system issues.
Testing and troubleshooting local area networks (LAN) as necessary.
Assisting in developing training or conducts training in computer systems and software as needed.
Ideal Candidate
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified candidates will possess knowledge of operational characteristics of information technology systems, hardware, and software, principles and practices of computer science and information systems, computer operating systems, local area network applications, and principles, practices, methods, and techniques used in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of systems and applications.
Education:
Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Experience:
Four years of computer systems experience including PC/server hardware and software installation, troubleshooting and support including Helpdesk experience with Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Mobile Device Management, and Endpoint Protection. An applicable Systems Administrator certification may be substituted for the educational requirement. Computer system experience and relevant educational degrees may be substituted on a year for year basis. Information systems technical certifications preferred.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Salary - The salary range is $72,483 - $108,361, with placement dependent on qualifications, plus generous benefits
