Description

A Responsible individual is needed to maintain and enforce proper city procedures and policies in our parks, parking lots and ball fields.   Park monitors will perform park inspections and enforce park policies, supervise patrons, renters and daily facility management. Park monitors and parking lot attendants must stand firm on policies, control diverse situations and always possess a friendly disposition and professional demeanor.  Park monitors and parking lot attendants must also have the ability to communicate and respond to customer service concerns, handle all weather conditions and be reliable with a strong work ethic and personal integrity. Park monitors and parking lot attendants will be required to wear a city uniform while on duty.

Ideal Candidate

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a valid California Driver’s License & own transportation.
  • CPR, AED & First Aid certification prior to the start of work
  • Prior experience working in parks, recreation or related services is desirable
  • Must be available for 5 - 10 hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays between 6 AM – 8 PM.
