About the Position 

The City of Fremont's Finance Department is seeking a full-time Accounting Specialist I/II that will support the Revenue function. The incumbent will provide a variety of customer service, financial and accounting duties in the preparation, maintenance and processing of accounting records and financial transactions. This position is responsible for performing duties to support the central cashiering function for citywide services.

The Department

The Finance Department functions include budgeting, revenue collection, debt management, purchasing, cash management and investment, disbursements, accounting, and financial reporting.  PART TIME RECREATION SPECIALIST I/II

This position will primarily be assigned to front desk reception and facility assistance for the Recreation Center.

Applicants must be able to work up to 20 hours a week including evenings and weekends.
