Training may include firefighting techniques and procedures; emergency medical training; technical rescue and hazardous materials training.
The City of Patterson is recruiting for a Firefighter Paramedic. This safety position will respond to fire alarms, emergency medical calls, traffic accidents, rescue and other emergency calls to protect life and property. This position will also participate in trainings, drills, study activities and in the maintenance of the department apparatus, equipment, and facilities. Under the supervision of the Fire Engineer or Fire Captain, performs ALS care to patients of medical emergencies and other medical procedures. Performs other duties as required.
