• Administrative: Participates in library management, acts as a liaison with community groups, and engages in outreach activities. Manages facility upkeep, assists in budgeting, prepares reports and promotional materials, and utilizes technology and specialized library resources.

The CPA will analyze available data and work with City departments to identify service priorities, partnerships, and opportunities related to support for educational and employment attainment of community members in the Santee neighborhood.

This position will:

• Develop strategies to monitor and evaluate programs and services in alignment with adopted quality standards and ensure that all programs at Seven Trees are executed against those standards.
• Identify gaps in service and programs and develop a strategic plan to address issues.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have current knowledge of the CYSMP, collaboration models, data collection, and analysis methodology as well as the ability to lead development of enhanced service models.
